As a cinematographer, Jonathan has an eye for story telling. With this in mind he prioritizes intentional content creation above the equipment being used, giving focus to consistent client satisfaction.

Born and raised in Kinston, NC, Jonathan developed a passion for technology at a young age. From hearing stories of his grandfather's experience with computers in the military to numerous home videos taped of his childhood, it was inevitable that he would find himself behind a camera and MacBook Pro.

Becoming a frequent movie-goer also subconsciously introduced a different perspective for film, enjoying both the story and techniques used to capture it. During high school he started working on his craft through silly videos shot with friends, birthing a desire to do more camera work. He was later given a great opportunity to shoot testimonies, small group and promotional material for Tanglewood Church. As a self taught videographer and editor, this would bring about experience launching him into the world of entrepreneurs.

Starting TrueCore Media in 2015, Jonathan continued to develop his own personal style for cinematography. Today Jonathan has a portfolio showcasing his ability to translate emotion through visual imagery. His desire and enthusiasm thrives through the chance to create art for people from all walks of life.
